Good luck. Software Hut discontinued carrying all of DCE's products because
they're so fed up with him. I sent my first Cyberstorm PPC in [well, had
Software Hut do it, actually!] for repairs in early January and got it back
in July -- and only after [at Software Hut's urging] sending Thomas a nasty
e-mail and using the magic word "lawsuit". When my Cyberstorm MKIII died
after the first two PPCs fried [the MKIII lasted the longest, btw, as I had
it during the six-plus-months my PPC was in Germany], Software Hut gave me
the option of having them send it again to DCE for repairs or replacing it
with a Tekmagic 4060; they warned me that if I opt for the first choice, I
may never see it again...
